New app provides loan options to home shoppers

Churchill Mortgage and Mortgage Coach teamed to develop “My Nest,” a mobile app that helps educate potential home buyers about their financing options during their home search.

Instead of waiting to discuss their options with a lender, buyers can use the app to route property information electronically to a Churchill Mortgage loan officer. The loan officer delivers an interactive loan presentation with graphs and charts to make it easier for borrowers to understand the available mortgage options for that property.

Photos, videos, loan options and notes can be stored on the app and shared with friends and family.

The My Nest app is available for free on the Apple App store or Google Play store. For more information about Mortgage Coach go to and for more information about Churchill Mortgage, go to
