A remote organization pre-COVID, we’re no stranger to finding creative and efficient ways to stay connected. We’ve built a fun and inclusive culture with activities such as an online escape room, Secret Santa gift exchange and weekly company meetings where we take time to let everyone get to know each other on a personal level. Managers also meet with employees on a one-on-one basis every week, where both sides can share feedback. We are an open organization—from how we communicate to how we empower and trust our employees to make smart decisions on their own.
