Built for how modern lending actually works, not how legacy systems assume it does.

TrustEngine operates behind the scenes of the mortgage origination process connecting, orchestrating, and elevating every step of the borrower journey.

We’re not a CRM. We’re not a LOS. We’re the intelligence layer that makes every system you already have work harder for the people using them.

What we do

We help lenders unify their tech stack into a single source of decision intelligence so loan officers spend less time navigating systems and more time delivering the kind of guidance borrowers remember.

  • Unify the tech stack into a single source of decision intelligence

  • Scale consultative selling across every loan officer — not just top producers

  • Reduce risk through consistent, structured, documented borrower interactions

  • Build the lifelong borrower relationships that drive retention and referrals

TrustEngine operates behind the scenes of the mortgage origination process connecting, orchestrating, and elevating every step of the borrower journey.

We’re not a CRM. We’re not a LOS. We’re the intelligence layer that makes every system you already have work harder for the people using them.

To make every mortgage decision informed, transparent, and aligned to the borrower’s long-term financial success — and to give every loan originator the tools to deliver that.

We believe the gap between what borrowers deserve and what they typically get isn’t a people problem. It’s a tool problem. TrustEngine exists to close that gap.

Our vision

A future where every mortgage decision is informed, transparent, and aligned to the borrower’s long-term financial success.

Where loan originators don’t just close loans. They become trusted financial coaches.

Where technology doesn’t replace advice. It makes great advice possible for every borrower, with every loan officer, at every lender.

Our journey

1997 — MortgageCoach founded

Before rate-shopping apps, before algorithmic lending, one insight changed everything: borrowers make better decisions when they understand their options. MortgageCoach was built to prove it and has spent nearly three decades doing exactly that.

2017 — Sales Boomerang founded

The mortgage industry gained a new kind of intelligence: knowing exactly when a past borrower is ready to transact again. Sales Boomerang pioneered mortgage opportunity alerts and changed how lenders think about retention.

2022 — LLR Partners acquires MortgageCoach and Sales Boomerang

Two category-defining companies. One focused on borrower clarity at origination, one focused on borrower intelligence over time, come under shared ownership.

2023 — TrustEngine born

MortgageCoach and Sales Boomerang merge and rebrand as TrustEngine — a unified organization connecting borrower intelligence with borrower guidance across the full relationship lifecycle.

2024 — Integrations with leading CRM tools

TrustEngine connects with the CRM platforms lenders already use, bringing borrower guidance into the systems loan officers live in every day.

2025 — MortgageCoach mobile app launched

The full MortgageCoach experience arrives on mobile, giving loan officers the ability to deliver personalized borrower presentations anywhere, anytime.

January 2026 — Bob Jennings becomes CEO

Industry veteran Bob Jennings takes the helm, bringing a clear mandate: make MortgageCoach practical, powerful, and indispensable for every loan officer, not just the top performers.

April 2026 — AI integration launched

MortgageCoach adds AI-powered conversation summaries that automatically document every borrower interaction, reducing administrative burden, and creating a fully audit-ready record of guidance delivered.

May 2026 — Encompass integration

TrustEngine connects with Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology — the most widely used LOS in the industry — making it easier than ever for lenders to bring structured borrower guidance into their existing origination workflow.
