The Mortgage Coach allows you to put the offer in black and white, and unless the competition is also using The Mortgage Coach, it is hard for them to show the facts to the customer and compete like you.

I am very upset that I am having to cancel my Christmas vacation due to the overwhelming phone calls and new loan applications that I have taken as a result of using the Rate Watch Report to alert my clients of the record low interest rates. This is a real inconvenience! I had planned on taking the majority of December off to relax, enjoy the holidays and all they have to offer.
Not only has the Rate Watch canceled my Christmas vacation but it has forced to me and my staff to work overtime and come in on the weekends. What is up with that??? This is the time of the year when mortgage loan officers take it easy and coast until spring.
I am very disappointed because the tools that Mortgage Coach offers are too effective! Your product is too good! I can't handle all of the business as a result of using Mortgage Coach.
